Quick recipe

Ingredients

  • Blanco Tequila
    60 ml
  • Lemon Juice
    30 ml
  • Agave Syrup
    15 ml
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Lime
    1 wheel

Method

  1. Chill rocks glass in freezer for a few minutes. If using salt rim, rub lime wedge around rim and dip into kosher salt.
  2. Using jigger, measure 30ml lime juice, 15ml agave syrup, and 60ml tequila into cocktail shaker in that order to minimize waste if mistakes occur.
  3. Fill shaker one-third with ice (about 5 cubes) and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds, ensuring ice travels full volume of shaker.
  4. Strain into prepared glass filled with fresh ice. Double strain if desired for smoother texture.
  5. Garnish with lime wheel or wedge and serve immediately.

Quick recipe

Ingredients

  • Reposado Tequila
    45 ml
  • Campari
    15 ml
  • Sweet Vermouth
    15 ml
  • Dry Vermouth
    15 ml
  • Angostura Aromatic Bitters
    1 dash
  • Orange Peel
    1 twist

Method

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes. Add the reposado tequila, Campari, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, and Angostura bitters to the mixing glass.
  2. Stir gently with a bar spoon for 30-45 seconds (approximately 60 revolutions) to properly chill and dilute the cocktail while maintaining clarity.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass for an elegant presentation, or into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice for a more casual serve.
  4. Using a citrus peeler, cut a long orange peel twist. Express the oils by holding the peel over the drink and giving it a firm twist to release the aromatic oils onto the surface.
  5. Drop the orange peel into the glass as garnish. Serve immediately while properly chilled.

Quick recipe

Ingredients

  • Blanco Tequila
    45 ml
  • Triple Sec
    22.5 ml
  • Lime Juice
    22,5 ml
  • Agave Syrup
    15 ml
  • Crushed ice
    1 scoop
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Lime
    1 wheel

Method

  1. Prepare the glass by running a lime wedge around the rim, then dip into coarse salt on a small plate. Place glass in freezer to chill.
  2. Add tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice and agave syrup to the blender.
  3. Add ice until it sits just above the liquid line in the blender, approximately 1 cup of ice / 230 ml / ~2 decilitre
  4. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and uniform, approximately 45-60 seconds.
  5. Taste and adjust: add more syrup if too tart, more lime juice if too sweet, or more ice if consistency is too thin.
  6. Pour immediately into the prepared chilled glass and garnish with a lime wheel.

  2. Pour 45ml tequila and 90ml fresh orange juice directly into the glass and stir gently to combine.
  3. Hold a bar spoon against the inside of the glass and slowly drizzle 15ml grenadine over the back of the spoon, allowing it to sink to the bottom and create the sunrise gradient.
  4. Do not stir after adding grenadine to maintain the layered effect.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice on the rim and a maraschino cherry. Serve immediately.

Cocktail Difficulty Levels

We’ve added a difficulty rating to every cocktail so you’ll know what to expect before you start mixing. It’s not about being “hard” or “easy” in the strict sense—it’s about how much preparation, skill, and hunting for ingredients you’ll need.

  • Beginner – Quick builds or simple shakes with common ingredients you’ll likely already have at home. Perfect for beginners or a casual evening.

  • Intermediate – A bit more technique (stirring, shaking, muddling, layering) and a few extra ingredients. You might need to buy one or two bottles or garnishes you don’t already stock.

  • Advanced – Multiple steps, specialty techniques (infusions, syrups, foams), or rare ingredients. These drinks take more effort and planning, but reward you with something truly impressive.

The rating is based on things like the number of ingredients, how rare they are, and the skills needed to bring the cocktail together.
