Non-alcoholic Piña Colada
Creamy pineapple and coconut blended ice-cold — a holiday in a glass, without the rum.
Ingredients
- Pineapple juice90 ml
- Coconut cream50 ml
- Cream20 ml
- Lime juice, freshly squeezed10 ml
- Pineapple, for garnish (optional)1 wedge
- Cocktail cherry (optional)1 whole
Method
- Add the pineapple juice, coconut cream, cream and lime to a blender with a generous handful of ice cubes.
- Blend for about twenty seconds, until completely smooth and frosty.
- Pour into a hurricane glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cocktail cherry.
