About this drink

London Calling was created by Chris Jepson in London in 2002 and has since become a modern classic in cocktail bars around the world. The idea was to give the gin sour a dry, nutty twist by letting fino sherry play alongside lemon and bitters. The result is both fresh and complex: a tribute to London's cocktail scene at the turn of the millennium.
