About this drink
The Caipirinha is Brazil's national drink, born in the countryside as a simple mix of cachaça, lime and sugar. This version swaps some of the lime for muddled strawberries, a variation that has become popular in Brazilian bars for its sweetness and scent. The technique stays the same: crush, sweeten and mix with plenty of ice so the fruit and spirit come together.
