About this drink
The Wibble is one of Dick Bradsell's London creations from around the turn of the millennium, from the same inventive mind as the Bramble and the Russian Spring Punch. The name hints at the drink's playful, slightly wobbly character, a balance between gin's botanicals, the berry sweetness of sloe gin and fresh citrus. It has since become a fixture on modern cocktail menus.
