About this drink
The Sidecar is one of the classic French cocktails from the early twentieth century, named after a guest who arrived at the bar in a motorcycle sidecar. This version swaps part of the orange liqueur for Chambord, the famous French raspberry liqueur from the Loire Valley, adding a deep, dark berry note to the classic sweet-sour balance.
