About this drink
Grog comes from the eighteenth-century Royal Navy, where rum was mixed with water, lime and sugar to make the ration more bearable and keep scurvy at bay. Grog Hansen takes that rustic tradition and tightens it up with better rum, freshly squeezed lime and a rich syrup, without losing its straightforward, salty soul. The result still tastes of ships and sea spray, just with a little more confidence.
