About this drink

The Nojito family is the alcohol-free cousin of the classic Mojito: mint and lime still play the leading roles, but the rum is replaced by fizz and fruit. The mango version is a summer favourite in cafés that want to give guests something fruity and refreshing without any alcohol. The technique is the same as at the bar: gentle muddling of lime and mint releases oils and juice without making the drink bitter.
