About this drink

The Stinger has its roots in the New York bars of the late 1800s and became a fixture of elegant after-dinner drinking through the 20th century. The simple pairing of cognac and white crème de menthe was especially popular after Prohibition, often served on the rocks. It is a good example of how much character two ingredients can have when the quality is high.
