About this drink

The Irish Mule is an Irish take on the Moscow Mule, swapping vodka for Irish whiskey for a softer, gently sweet character. It shares the mule's iconic copper mug, which holds the cold and lifts the aroma of ginger. It is a good example of how easily a classic recipe can be adapted with a different spirit without losing its soul.
