About this drink

The Daiquiri comes from Cuba around the turn of the twentieth century, when rum, lime and sugar were shaken into the perfect balance of sweet and tart. The orange version is a newer addition that uses fresh orange juice to round out the flavour and add a sunny, aromatic depth without drowning the rum's character.
