Instructions

Step

Chill your coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling with ice water while you prepare the drink.

Step

Add all measured ingredients to a cocktail shaker: gin, limoncello, amaretto, rosemary syrup, fresh lemon juice, and cold brew coffee concentrate.

Step

Fill the shaker with plenty of ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds to ensure proper dilution, chilling, and aeration.

Step

Double strain the cocktail through a fine mesh strainer into your chilled coupe glass to remove ice shards and any rosemary debris.

Step

Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig expressed over the drink or add a thin lemon twist for additional aroma.

Yes, rosemary syrup can be made up to 2 weeks ahead and stored in the refrigerator. Make it with a 1:1 ratio of sugar to water, simmer with fresh rosemary sprigs for 2 minutes, then strain and cool before storing.

If you don’t have amaretto, you can substitute with orgeat syrup (almond syrup) at about half the amount, or use a different nut liqueur like Frangelico, though this will change the flavor profile slightly.

Cold brew concentrate is preferred as it provides coffee flavor without the acidity and heat of espresso. If using espresso, let it cool completely and use less (about 5ml) as it’s typically stronger and more bitter.
