Instructions

Step

Chill rocks glass in freezer for a few minutes. If using salt rim, rub lime wedge around rim and dip into kosher salt.

Using jigger, measure 30ml lime juice, 15ml agave syrup, and 60ml tequila into cocktail shaker in that order to minimize waste if mistakes occur.

Fill shaker one-third with ice (about 5 cubes) and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds, ensuring ice travels full volume of shaker.
